Product Overview

This plastic pelletizing granulating line which is suitable for many kinds waste plastic materials recycling and making pellet, such as PE/PP/HDPE/PLA Film,bags, PLA film,  clean woven/nonwoven bag materials, etc. The film can be pressed in compressor and then be pelleted. And also has very developed design, makes sure this machine has a long working life and economical efficiency in using.You can choose use single stage or double stage pelletizing machine according to how clean of you material; also you can choose the cooling cutting system or die-face hot cutting system. This series plastic recycling machine have high effectively exhausting,filter,screen changer. Materials processed cut,pre-dried,preheated,pre-homogenized and compacted in the shredding drum.Many material can be processed directly without need of the upstream pre-shredding, resulting in a dramatic reduction in operational costs.

1.Compactor

(1)With optimal design of rotary blades and stationary blades.
(2)The material got cutting, mixing and compacting in the compactor uniformly, to ensure the material heated and dried effectively which guarantee a fast and stable feeding from the compactor into the extruder.
 

2.Single screw extruder

(1)Referring to the Germany design concept and method, designed for single screw extrusion machine, with the structure of in-volute gear teeth.

3. Melt filtration screen exchanger  

A regular single-plate/ piston double-station screen changer or non-stop double-plate/ piston four-station can be installed on head of extruder to present significant filtration performance. the requirements on the filter echnology depend heavily on the quality of the input material as well as the planned use of granules.

4. Pelletizing part

(1)Cutting speed of pelletizer controlled automatically by PLC according to the pressure of die head, which could achieve the
uniform size for output pellets.
(2)Blades of pelletizer touch to die plate automatically by pneumatic system, make sure blades contact with die plate properly, easy to operate and abrasion avoided.
 

5. Storage hopper 

Collecting the pellets, then put into the proper packages.
