Product Description

HDPE Plastic  Granulating Washing Recycling Pelletizing line is uesd to recycle different kind of rigid plastic materials such as HDPE milk bottle,PP pipe,lumps, barrsls.etc.By sheredding/washing/separating/druing system,the final granules are clean and dry.

Main Features of our PP PE Film Washing Recycling Line:
1. Feeding way: Special designed force feeder, side feeder and compactor feeder can push the material into the extruder in high efficiently. Guarantee getting optimal pruducyion capicaty of the recycling pelletizing machine.

2. Gear reducer of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: The high torque, hard-surface gear reducer with water cooling circulation system ensures the machine stable operation and have longer service life.

3. Barrel and screw of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: The special material (38CrMoA1A & double alloy) and hardness treatment of the screw and barrel make extruder to be good wear resistance.
