- Name and quantity of equipment: Line (Installation) for processing waste materials of own production from PP/PE ( regranulator ) - 1 pc.
Purpose: Line (Installation) for processing ( regranulation ) of waste of own production from PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), PP + PE (mixed materials).
Initial data: The purchase of a complete line is carried out in accordance with the project "Modernization with installation of technological equipment for the production of box-type bags in the building of Korda 1 (inv. no. 342/C-24365), located at: Gomel region, Svetlogorsk, st. Zavodskaya, 5/32".
Modernization works take into account, to the maximum extent possible, the rational use of existing elements of engineering infrastructure.
Types of raw materials for processing.
Polypropylene laminated 1111 or PE woven flat fabrics (max width 1600 mm, surface density from 50 to 340 g/m2 ) including those with printed printing;
Polypropylene woven sleeve fabrics (max width 2250 mm, surface density from 50 to 260 g/m2 ) , including those with printed print;
Polypropylene woven flat fabrics (max width 2250 mm, surface density from 50 to 340 g/m2 ) ;
Polypropylene laminated PP or PE woven sleeve fabrics (max width 1600 mm, surface density from 50 to 260 g/m2 ) including those with printed material;
Polypropylene (PP) waste flat threads ( tangle ) with additives (width 1.9 + 5 mm, thickness 40 + 200 microns);
Polypropylene woven bags weighing from 50 to 120 g / m2 , including those with printed print;
Waste PP twine and PP sewing threads from 160 tex to 2200 tex;
PE films (LDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) (max width 2500 mm , thickness from 20 to 250 microns);
PP filament threads formed during the launch of production of non-woven materials of the spunbond type (thickness from 1.5 to 8 denier);
PP non-woven materials of the spunbond type in rolls (max width 3200 mm, surface density from 10 to 150 g/m2 , on cardboard cores with an internal diameter of 3");
PP non-woven materials of the spunbond type laminated with PP or PE (max width 1600 mm, surface density from 10 to 150 g/ m2 ) ;
Recyclable materials can be colored (dyed) with flexo printing and colorless;
Recyclable materials can be mixed, i.e. one product can contain PP and PE in a ratio of 70:30 ;
Melt flow rate or melt flow index of the processed material for :
-1111 - MFR (230° C /2. 16kg) (g/1 Omin ): min.2 + max . 30 ;
- HDPE , HDPE , LLDPE , LLDPE - MFR (190°C/2.16kg) (g/1 Omin ): 0.3 + 6.

The equipment of the complete line must operate under the following parameters of the existing power supply:
Electricity:
Power supply: 3 x 380 (400) V AC - N - RE
frequency: 50 Hz ;
frequency fluctuations: ± 2 Hz;
voltage fluctuations, max.: ± 10%;
Frequency converters with asynchronous motors or servomotors should be used as control electric drives.
Compressed air:
Process compressed air pressure P = 0.6 MPa;
Air pressure for instrumentation and automation P = 0.6 MPa;
Dew point : - 40° C.
Artesian water: Water pressure P - 0.18 MPa;
Chilled water : Direct water pressure, P pr : > 0.5 MPa; Return water pressure, P R P : > 0.3 MPa; Temperature, T : 8-14° C.
1.6. Parameters of ambient air in the production area:
temperature range: +15 +40 ° C ;
relative air humidity: no more than 75% at a reference temperature of + 40°C.
Requirements for finished products:
Stable quality of the output granules, including the shape of the granules.
Composition and requirements for the supplied equipment:
Line (Installation) for processing ( regranulation ) of waste
materials of our own production from PP, PE, PP+PE. Quantity: 1 pc.
Working capacity of the line (installation): not less than 400 kg/h of finished granulate , depending on the material being processed.

How to choose single stage or double stage plastic pelletizing machine?
Common:
The same feature between single and double stage pelletizing machine is they can all extrusion the plastics. They can all recycle the waste plastics into plastic granules.
Difference:
* Single stage granulating line is with one stage, double stages granulating line is with two stages extruders.
* Single stage granulaying machine is usually to process clean and dry plastics, double stages granulating machine is usually to process dirt and wet plastics.(Mositure less then 8%)
*You can choose single or double stages according to the material is dirty or clean. Normally, double stage with 2 filtrations system will stop more impurities.
