Product Description

RCDJ series pelletizing production line integrates crushing, compacting, and pelletizing, with a high level of automation. With high feeding efficiency, it is more suitable for the large-size film to enter the equipment directly without crushing. An intelligent modular system and one key for startup and shutdown are secure and stable. We can provide single-stage, double stage structures according to different requirements, in order to ensure the excellent quality of the particles.

It is applicable to cleaned plastic film flakes, woven bag flakes, jumbo bag flakes and other pp pe soft plastics.

Compactor

Double layer cutting disc, more efficient feeding and 10% - 20% increase in output Hydraulic opening and hydraulic lifting, safe and easy to maintain . The raw materials are transported by belt conveyors and enter evenly. Metal detectors can be added as an option to prevent the raw materials from containing metal.
 

Extruder

Screw and barrel utilize nitride-hardened 38CrMoAl alloy (case depth ≥0.5mm) for extreme wear/corrosion resistance. Ceramic heaters with stainless steel housings ensure uniform thermal efficiency. Integrated vacuum pump and dual-stage venting systems eliminate volatiles, enhancing material purity and process stability in high-temperature polymer processing.
 

Water-Ring cutting system

Die Head: 38CrMoAlA alloy steel | Water Ring Cover: 304 stainless steel
Featuring horizontal linear-guide design for ergonomic operation/maintenance. Pneumatic blade adjustment ensures soft, full-contact cutting (100% die surface engagement) to prevent abrasion, while maintaining precise pellet geometry and die integrity.
 

Vibrating Dehydrator

Linear vibrating screens employ motor-driven vibration to sieve pellets in straight-line motion. Multi-layer screens with graded outlets enable precise classification. Featuring enclosed, dust/leak-proof construction, automated discharge, and 24/7 operation,
they integrate filtration/dehydration with low-energy consumption, high throughput, and minimal maintenance.

How to choose single stage or double stage pelletizing machine?

Common:
The same feature between single and double stage pelletizing machine is they can all extrusion the plastics. They can all recycle the waste plastics into plastic granules.

Difference:
* Single stage granulating line is with one stage, double stages granulating line is with two stages extruders.
* Single stage granulaying machine is usually to process clean and dry plastics, double stages granulating machine is usually to process dirt and wet plastics.(Mositure less then 8%)
*You can choose single or double stages according to the material is dirty or clean. Normally, double stage with 2 filtrations system will stop more impurities.
*In all, we can customzied your machines according to different situations.
