Next, the friction washer and floating washer work in tandem to meticulously clean and separate contaminants, while the dewatering (squeezing) dryer ensures that your recycled materials are perfectly dried and ready for further processing or direct reuse.

4. A key feature is the crusher, adept at reducing packaging LLDPE films and PP woven bags into smaller, manageable pieces with dimensions ranging from 70mm to 120mm, paving the way for effective subsequent processing.

8. With the addition of a squeezing machine, the moisture level of the PE PP flakes is further minimized to an impressive sub-3%, setting a new standard in the industry for moisture control.
9. The resultant PP PE flakes are of such high quality that they can be directly fed into the granulating or pelletizing lines, seamlessly transforming them into valuable granules or pellets ready for reuse.
