2.Floating Washing Tank

(1)Washing tank rollers are designed for high pressure underwater washing, maximum removal of residual impurities can separate materials with different specific gravity, heavy materials with a specific gravity greater than water sink to the bottom of the tank, then discharged through the bottom screw raw materials with a lower specific gravity than water float on the surface and proceed to the next step.

4.Squeezer Dryer

1.Squeezer using the squeeze dewatering principle squeeze the water from the plastic by rotating screw, the water content of final film scrap can be controlled below 5%, the plastic will get hot by high intensity extrusion friction and will plasticizing mildly after the mould heating, finally the blade will cut the granules from the mould.
