RCS series PP PE Film & LDPE MDPE HDPE CPE Bag Pelletizing Line, it is a three in one recycling machine designed for low density plastic articles. It could provide the excellent re-pelletizing and recycling solution for film, raffia, filament, woven bag and nonwoven fabric and other consumed / post soft or rigid plastic. 
Final productions produced by RCS  system are in the form of pellets/ granules, can directly put into the production line for film blowing, pipe extrusion and plastics injection, etc.

PP PE Film & LDPE MDPE HDPE CPE Bag Pelletizing Line is special equipment for the plastic film/bags recycling granulating, it equipped with compacting machine which pre-compact the film into smaller granules, then easily feed into screw barrel of extruder, its efficiency is high and can improve production capacity it has vacuum exhausting system on extruder barrel which can fully vent the moisture in the material and hence the final granule quality will be very perfect. end of screw barrel, it equipped with double station fast speed hydraulic non -stop screen changer which can efficiently filter out the dirty in the plastic melt. the pelletizing adopts water cooling pelletizing which is easier to operate, and the shape and appearance of granule is good.

1.Crushing and compacting part 

(1)Belt conveyor as standard feeding device for plastic film, raffia, filament, woven bag, nonwoven fabric, etc.
(2)Metal detector can be installed on conveyor as optional item, Detecting and separating the metal to protect the compactor and extruder effectively.
 

2.Plasticization and degassing part 

(1) The rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps. 
(2)Frictional heating which caused by high speed rotatory blades and stationary blades will heat and let scraps shrinking just below their agglomerating point. 
(3) Optimal designed guide structure compacts the material and directs it into extruder screw.

4.Pelletizing part 

(1)Cutting speed of pelletizer controlled automatically by PLC according to the pressure of die head, which could achieve the
uniform size for output pellets.
(2)Blades of pelletizer touch to die plate automatically by pneumatic system, make sure blades contact with die plate properly, easy to operate and abrasion avoided.
 

5.Storage hopper  

(1)The function of the blower is to transport particles to the silo through stainless steel pipes.
(2)Pipes and silos are wrapped
with black sound insulation cotton, which reduces the volume from 82dB to 68dB.
(3)New design makes it easier to operate.
