The RCDJ series Plastic Recycling Pelletizer Machine combines function of crushing, compacting, plasticization and pelletizing to one step.applied in the plastics recycling and pelletizing process.
RCDJ system is a reliable and efficiency solution for plastics films, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags and foaming materials re-pelletizing.
Final productions produced by acs system are in the form of pellets/ granules, can directly put into the production line for film blowing, pipe extrusion and plastics injection, etc.
Our Plastic Recycling Pelletizer Machine which is suitable for many kinds plastic waste film recycling and making pellets, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LDPE Film and clean woven/nonwoven bag material, etc.
The film can be cut and compressed in compactor and then feed into single screw extruder. We have design to make sure this machine has a long working life and economical efficiency in using.
You can choose use single stage or double stage plastic film pelletizing machine according to how clean of you material; you can choose the cooling cutting system or die-face hot cutting system.
1. Feeding way of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: Special designed force feeder, side feeder and compactor can push the material into the extruder high efficiently. Guarantee getting good capacity of the machine
