Retech Plastic PET bottle washing recycling line is used to recycle post-consumer PET bottles, water bottles, cola bottles, PET sheet and PET packing containers.
The key point of PET recycling system is the rate of removing the impurities.The higher purity PET flakes will improve the end product and lower the manufacturing cost of next processing.We could design different PET recycling solutions basis on the requirement of standards on final flakes.
The whole line includes
Belt Conveyor: The materials go into the crusher by the crawler belt, which is moved by inside scroll wheel.
Crusher of Yurefon: Crush the material.
Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the Hot washer to clean.
Hot Washer: If the bottle is very dirty, like oil, sand, it must be use hot washer.
Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the High-speed Friction Washer to clean.
High-speed Friction Washer: After crushing material from enters the mouth, through the high speed on the axis of the blade flap and spray water to the common function of good cleaning effect.
Floating Washer 1: It used in cleaning pet flakes, make the flakes cleaner and whiter. Also is the necessary equipment of the bottle and bottle cap.
Floating Washer 2: It used in cleaning pet flakes, make the flakes cleaner and whiter. Also is the necessary equipment of the bottle and bottle cap.
Dewatering: Rejection the water from the flakes, moisture content is less than 2%.

For recycling the waste plastic, such as waste PET bottles, PP PE film, woven bags, nylon, bottle flakes, shred lumps, pipe flakes, we should use two recycling steps, first one is crushing washing drying, after washing recycling line, we can get clean dry plastic scrap/flakes, the second step is the pelletizing, we can feed the clean dry waste plastic scrap into the pelletizing line to get pellets, according to the different plastic type, the pelletizing machine is divided into water ring type pelletizing line and noodle strip pelletizing line, the feeding material type also have two different way, one is force feeding type which is suitable for hard material, another is compactor type pelletizing line, which is designed specially for soft material, like woven bags, nylon, film etc.
