Introduction To Modular Design
Pre-Processing Unit:
Pre-processing modular is freely consists of bale opener,screen,pre-washer,sorter,metal detector,label remover,and some other recycling equipment. It provides pre-treatment for the raw material.
Size Reduction Unit:
Large size materials are processed into small pieces by shredder or crusher, which improves the washing peformance and makes the final product easy to packing. Use high efficiency heavy duty shredding and crushing system.
Washing Unit:
Dust, glue, label,oil and other impurities can be removed highly effective by washing system This unit combines floating washing, hot washing, salty water separating, high-speed friction washing, low-speed friction, spraying washer,etc to get the best washing result.
Drying Unit:
Squeezing and centrifugal drying units are used to remove the moisture in the material with low packing density. Mechanical dewatering machine is used to process the material with high packing density to reduce energy consumption. Squeezer machine could making the final plastic material in a very low humidity.
Monitor & Control
