RETECH series compacting pelletizing system, it is a three in one recycling machine designed for low density plastic articles. High efficiency automatic pelletizing machine from our company is designed for recycling plastic PP,PE,HDPE,LDPE, LLDPE,PA66,PC,PET,OPP,BOPET,ABS and etc. which are widely used in making bags, film rollers, stretch film, shrink film, multi-layer film, T-shirt bag cut-offs; Foamed PE, sheet, food container, fruit net, cover, fiber, raffia, silk, yarn, woven bag, jumbo bag. One pelletizing machine can produce more than 10 kinds of plastic material.

Our Machine
1. Belt Conveyor
As standard design, plastic scraps such as film, filament, raffias conveyed into the compacting room through belt conveyor; to handle rolls' scraps, roll hauling off device is an optional feeding method. Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with ABB inverter. Feeding speed of conveyor belt or roll hauling off is fully automatic based on how full the compactor's room is. Metal detector can be combined with belt conveyor, and can interlock with control system, to warn and stop the system, in case that metal is found in feeding.
2. Compactor cutter/force feeder
The rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps. Frictional heating which caused by high speed rotatory blades will heat and let scraps shrinking just below their agglomerating point. Optimal designed guide structure compacts the material and directs it into extruder screw. Crushes, dries and compacts the material which enables a fast and stable feeding from the compactor directly into the extruder. With glass window and light to check inside working.
3. Degassing unit
(1)Force vacuum degassing system with two vents to get rid of the low molecular, moisture and printing ink effectively, make sure
high quality output products.
4.Filter
(1)Plate type, pistion type and automatic self-cleaning type filter, Different choice according to impurity contents in material and client's habit.
(2)Plate type filter is cost-effective and easy to operate which mainly used for regular thermoplastic as usual filtration solution.
5. Dewatering Device
(1)This drying system can get final pellet humudity less than 1%.
(2)Horizontal design of dewaterer with small floor area.
6. Silo
(1)The function of the blower is to transport particles to the silo through stainless steel pipes.
(2)Pipes and silos are wrapped
with black sound insulation cotton, which reduces the volume from 82dB to 68dB.
