Our PE film plastic pelletizing machine combines functions of crushing, compacting, plasticization and pelletizing all in a single step. At the core of this system is our highly efficient single screw extruder with advanced heat stabilization technologies resulting in high-quality pellets that help to improve your bottom line.
In addition to pelletizing plastic films, this system can also be used for raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags and re-pelletizing of densified materials. The final products produced by this pelletizing system are in the form of pellets or granules that can be directly used in production lines for film blowing, pipe extrusion and plastics injection, etc.

* How to choose one stage or two stages?
The two stage plastic recycling granulator is designed to work with washed, post-consumer and used agricultural film. The cutter compactor, which generates frictional heat during the compacting process, helps to further dry and remove the water moisture from the washed film flakes (processed first by the washing lines). The recycled pellets can be used again in extrusion process, whether 100% (such as garbage bag, LDPE pipe production and etc) or as part of the mixture to reduce raw material cost. The pellets quality can also be improved by direct dosing of masterbatch and additives.
The one stage recycing granulator is designed to work with clean film, such as leftover films.
