Product Description
The screw conveyor is used in plastic recycling washing line. It is usually put in the middle of whole production line. With friction blades inside, it is very useful to convey the plastics and rub the plastics like PE films/PP bags/PET flakes...etc.
By fast speed,it can rub the plastics and friction wash the plastics.
The speed of screw conveyor is from 60rpm to 800rpm.
The material is made of Stainless steel 304/316. It is long time using with SUS 304 material,without any pollution to the plastics.

1.Mounting and working principle
This machine is often connected with other 2 parts.When mount it,we can supply the different screw conveyor with different height according to the request form the customers.Because of the different diameter,different rotary speed ,different length of the stiring roller,the screw conveyor with diffferent height is necessary. Then the material will be transported into next process by the inner screw.

3.Brief instruction of structure
This machine is made up of box,inlet,screwing feed axis and out let.The box and the contact with the material are made of stainless steel.And the bottom of the box is also made of stainless steel,effectively filtrate the waste then the material is transported from inlet to outlet overpass the screw feeding axis.
