Features
1. The main material is to washing PE agriculture film, PE bags, shopping bags, beverage bags, PP woven bags, and some other soft material etc…
2. The main process of the washing line is crushing, washing, drying parts.
3. The capacity of the washing line is from 200kg/h to 2000kg/h.
4. There crusher is to crush the film and woven bags to small pieces with size 70mm to 120mm.
5. Cold water sinking swimming tank can wash the common dirties, like the soil, sand, earth, stone, glass out.
6. High speed friction washer and hot sinking swimming tank can remove the strong dirties, like the grease, oil, glue.
7. With big capacity, double drying system can ensure the final products, PE PP flakes moisture lower than 5%.
8. With squeezing machine, the moisture level of PE PP flakes can be lower than 3%.
9. Final PP PE flakes can be taken directly to the granulating/pelletizing line to make granules/pellets.

(1) Crusher/Grinder
Our PE film/PP bags crusher is designed to cut PE film in best efficient. With stepped blades structure for moving blades,it will cut the plastic in highest performance and in lowest current and noise. All the cutting way is balanced and stable.
1)rotor with balance treatment for stability and low noise.
2)rotor with heat treatment for long lifespan.
3)wet crushing with water, which can cool the blades and wash the plastic in advance.
4)special rotor structure design for different plastics like bottles or film.
5)blades made of special material, with high hardness.
6)easy operation to change blades or screen mesh.
(2) High Speed Friction Washer
The friction washer is used to remove the dirt from plastics.It works with the fuction of centrifuge force to separate sand,mud,stones..etc. As soon as the film come into floating washing tank,it is in minimum dirt content. It will have a big help to film cleaning.
1)Friction to clean the materials mechanically.
2)rotor made of strong&thick material, surface treatment with alloy.
3)rotor with balance treatment for stability.
4)rotor with heat treatment for long lifespan.
5)The bearing is externally connected with water cooling sleeve, which can effectively cool the bearing.
(3) Floating washing tank
The film floating washing tank is used to clean and washing the dirt PE films. With water spary constantly inside,it will keeping on washing. The rollers will push the PE films ups and downs to get fully wash. Stay in floating tank for a long time with 3 channels will ensure the enough time to washing.

2)can use hot type washer to add chemical for washing.

5)bottom screw can process sludge.
4) Plastic Squeezing dewatering dryer
RETECH has 2 options for film squeezing machine.
1st option is designed to dry film by conical screw and barrel. It pushes film to go from big space to small, the final film is getting tightly and dry. The material is cutted by blades.
2nd option is designed to making pellets type by heating. The dried film will be heated in semi-plasticing and cutted in small granules shape.
