Final film moisture between 3%-5%. Dry and clean.

1.Crusher
(1)20-40% additional output, 15% additional power saving.
(2)Blades are externally adjustable, material DC53 with cryogenic treatment, a longer service life.
(3)Special blade arrangement for PE PP film/bag.
(4)Anti-wear machine housing, replaceable wear plates. Installed between wall and spindle, prevents the friction of the spindle after a ling period of operation, which leads to the increase of sealing clearance and leakage.

2.Floating Washing Tank
(1)Washing tank rollers are designed for high pressure underwater washing, maximum removal of residual impurities can separate materials with different specific gravity, heavy materials with a specific gravity greater than water sink to the bottom of the tank, then discharged through the bottom screw raw materials with a lower specific gravity than water float on the surface and proceed to the next step.

3.High speed friction washer
