PP WOVEN TON BIG BAG WASHING RECYCLING LINE:
 

1.PP Woven Bags Crushing Machine System:
With advanced technology,RETECH RT series shredder and crusher machine could make big size film or block into small.
If your plastics with baled shape,you may need a shredder to open it easily and pre-cut. We supply both single and double shaft shredders as per your plastic materials.
For crushers,RETECH technical team developing 2 shapes of rotor inside of crusher to processing both HDPE/PET rigid bottles and LDPE/PP soft film woven bags.
After cutted by our crushing system,the size of soft film could be controlled between 40-60mm,the size of rigid bottle flakes could be controlled between 10-12mm.Crushing with water is a good way for improve the capacity.
Adopting good quality SKD-11 blades,it is long time using and better cutting performance.

2.Friction Washing Conveyor
Putting a friction after crusher is mainly aim to processing the dirty soft films such as LDPE agriculture film,ground film,etc. It could remove more sand,foil,mud out to release the pressure of next floating swimming pool.

3.Floating Washing Tank
Film floating washing tank is to wash and clean the waste dirt plastic films,with rolling pushers to push the plastics ups and downs.The plastics floating on the surface of water and the useless dirts fall down.
In the end of wash tank,we ususlly install a chain conveyor to improve the capacity.

4. Squeezing Dryer
For now,it is the most important part for dry the wet film effeciently. Traditional drying way is working with dewatering centrifuge machine by its fast rotation force. But still it is with higher moisture about 8-10 percent. In order to control the moisture and make a better granulating process,RETECH reserch and produce the most high efficiency squeezing machine.It could make the moisture under 3%.

1.Belt conveyor
The belt conveyor is to sending the PE material into compactor machine. The belt is made of PVC in 4mm thickness. On top of belt,we usually put a metal detector to alarm before sending it into compactor,it is to protect the blades and screw/barrel.
The belt conveyor is with current linkage set with compactor, if the compactor is overload,the belt stop, while the current is normal,the belt working.

 
2.Compactor
Here the compactor machine is with crushing and compact function,with moving/fixed blades design inside of barrel, the material will fully stir and friction immedietely. The moving baldes and friction creat heat to dry materials and make material compaction. It is easy to feeding with bigger capacity. You can easily to inspect the working inside of compactor by the inspection window.
For washed PE film with moisture, our new degassing dusting collection system is so big improvement of final granules.
New technology of degassing in the cutter compactor takes place preheating and predrying the plastic materials.
The optimum screw design(turn to the material to be processed) enables the reverse degassing to be true in the cutter compactor,it is a help of degassing zone of extruder.

In all,the compactor is to crush,dry,compact the film in one step.



The main extruder is designed with a vacuum system, if your material sometimes is a little wet or with some useless elements. The vacuum can absord the impurities to improve the quality of granules.
At the end of the extruder,we put a pressure sensor to alarm the remind operator to change the net.
Here is for die face cutting system, the granules will cutted and fall into water in short time. The thickness of granules is depend on the speed of motor(Inverter control)

Features:
Feeding way: Special designed dosing feeder combining with the screw loader could feed the material into the extruder high efficiently and evenly. Guarantee getting good capacity of the machine. Also could equipped with adding material feeder, such as master batch feeder, Calcium feeder to improve the characters of the final material granules.
Gear reducer: The high torque, hard-surface gear reducer with water cooling circulation system ensures the line running steady, silent, and long life.
Barrel and screw: The special material (38CrMoA1A & double alloy) and hardness treatment (nitride and tempering) of the screw and barrel make extruder to be good wear resistance.
Degassing: Special design by vacuum and natural degassing for the venting can discharge the moisture and waste air, such as oil and printing efficiently which ensure the finally plastic granules are with smooth surface, no water, no bubble, and good quality.
Hydraulic filter changer: Different structure due to the material status, such as single plate double filter changer, double plate double filter changer, double pistol double filter changer, no mesh automatic filter changer…hydraulic, free leakage, works swift and easy to operate.
Cutting way: Two type cutting way, the noodle type and water ring type including vertical and horizontal die face cutting makes the customer freely to choose.
Special designed die: All die holes size are special designed due to the material characters and our rich experience to make machines.
Cooling way: Most of the materials are cooled by water. Some like PVC  PE are also could be cooled by wind.
Package of the final products: Final products granules will be blowing into silo, which will be packaged by manual or packaging by scale machine automatically.
