Application Of PET bottle Recycling Washing Plant:
This Retech series plastic PET bottle washing machine is mainly used to recycling the waste PET bottles, water bottles, cola bottles, PET sheet and PET packing containers. The plastic PET recycling line can easily remove the labels, caps, rings, glue, dirties and other impurities, finally you will get ideal PET clean flakes. The production line can be placed in a straight line,also we can install the line as "U" or "L" shape.All your requirements of the plastic PET washing machine can be customized.
The waste dirty material go through de-labelling, crushing,washing,drying, and collecting process will turn to be clean flakes for reuse.
This PET bottle washing machine can be displayed "L" or "u" shape according to clients' workshop.

(1)Service life:

Without affecting the remove-label rate and make sure output unchanged, our company reduce the speed of rotary blades, so as to minimize the breakage rate of bottle nozzle, more efficient & reduce wastage.

6. Dewatering machine
(1)The integrated design of the dewatering machine and the fan, no need for a separate fan, which saves energy and enables smooth feeding and discharging, no blocking.

(3)Automatic screen cleaning device which is driven by air pressure, labor saving.
