Label remover by wind
 

1. Service life:

Blade and Barrel wall are made of 10mm thick material, which prolongs the life of label remover for 3-4years(most of the market is between 4-6mm)

Without affecting the remove-label rate and make sure output unchanged, our company reduce the speed of rotary blades, so as to minimize the breakage rate of bottle nozzle, more efficient & reduce wastage.

Crusher with water

Prewashing the PET bottle simply. Mainly it crushed the whole PET bottle into flakes, its size is about 12mm. Also you can customized.

Hot washer

1. The integrated design of the dewatering machine and the fan, no need for a separate fan, which saves energy and enables smooth feeding and discharging, no blocking.
