Plastic film bottle in baled is hard to sent to crusher, customer asked to add one more single shaft shredder to cut big size baled plastic material firstly.
After shredding+crushing,the flakes will be contrlled in similar size in about 40-60mm(for film),10-12mm(for flakes)
PP PE film washing cleaning machine:

We have 2 options here on film drying part, the first we will recommend is our high speed centrifugal force dewatering machine which is working with more than 1200rpm speed. It is working for both soft film and rigid flakes for dewater the water fastly.
Another drying way we suggest is film squeezing machine which is used for dry soft films.The final moisture will be under 5%.
Waste Water Treatment System:
The plastic washing line usually equip with sewage treatment machine for processing waste water from plastic washing machines. We can supply 5t/h waste water treatment system to 120t/h waste water treatment plant.
