Product Overview

PE PP Film / PP Woven Bag / Crushed Rigid Plastic Recycling Granulator with CE Standard is the recycling machine which make the plastic into pellets. RETECH series compacting pelletizing system, it is a three in one recycling machine designed for low density plastic articles.it equipped with compacting machine which pre-compact the film into smaller granules, then easily feed into screw barrel of extruder, its efficiency is high and can improve production capacity it has vacuum exhausting system on extruder barrel which can fully vent the moisture in the material and hence the final granule quality will be very perfect. end of screw barrel, it equipped with double station fast speed hydraulic non -stop screen changer which can efficiently filter out the dirty in the plastic melt. the pelletizing adopts water cooling pelletizing which is easier to operate, and the shape and appearance of granule is good.

1.Belt conveyor

(1)Belt conveyor as standard feeding device for plastic film, raffia, filament, woven bag, nonwoven fabric, etc.
(2)Metal detector can be installed on conveyor as optional item, Detecting and separating the metal to protect the compactor and extruder effectively.
 

2.Compactor

(1)With optimal design of rotary blades and stationary blades.
(2)The material got cutting, mixing and compacting in the compactor uniformly, to ensure the material heated and dried effectively which guarantee a fast and stable feeding from the compactor into the extruder.

3.Extruder

(1)A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material. 
(2)The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in the extruder. 
(3)With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with some water content.
