1.Crusher

Crusher can cut the big plastic into small flakes for better washing later,the size can be customized through changing the diameter of crusher's screen.

2.Floating tank

Floating tank with proper design can wash the material sufficiently.The contact area and time is very improtant.

3.High speed friction washer

Friction can remove the dirty from flakes,the spray water will take the sands away.

4. Film squeezer

Squeezing the wet material to get dry half melted plastic pellets for pelletizing directly.

5. Storage hopper

Storaging the plastic flakes.
