2.Floating Washing Tank
(1)Washing tank rollers are designed for high pressure underwater washing, maximum removal of residual impurities can separate materials with different specific gravity, heavy materials with a specific gravity greater than water sink to the bottom of the tank, then discharged through the bottom screw raw materials with a lower specific gravity than water float on the surface and proceed to the next step.

3.High speed friction washer
(1)The friction washer applies the corresponding blade hitting force to different materials at the most suitable rotation speed to achieve the best washing effect

(4)Impurities are discharged through the small mesh in the screen.
4.De-watering Machine
(1)The integrated design of the dewatering machine and the fan, no need for a separate fan, which saves energy and enables smooth feeding and discahrging, no blocking.

(3)Automatic screen cleaning device which is driven by air pressure, labor-saving.
(4)Adopt a container for collecting waster water &residue at the bottom.

(1) Easy to collect the final output material, can be customized to your use requirements, with hooks to hang the jumbo bag or other collection containers.
