1.Crusher

2.Floating Washing Tank

(1)Unique reverse discharge method and scientific wheel combination, uniform discharge, no blocking.
(2)Flat-type wheel blade design, plus efficient crushing of crusher,no long material is generated, no material entanglement.
(3)Bottom screw drainage design makes daily maintenance more convenient.
(4)The transmission device is externally equipped with a protective cover. The level of the tank body is raised, no water & material splashes, keep the factory clean.

3.High speed friction washer

(1)The friction washer applies the corresponding blade hitting force to different materials at the most suitable rotation speed to achieve the best washing effect

(3)During the high-speed rotation,separate impurities from raw material
(4)Impurities are discharged through the small mesh in the screen.
 

4.De-watering Machine

(1)The integrated design of the dewatering machine and the fan, no need for a separate fan, which saves energy and enables smooth feeding and discahrging, no blocking.
(2)Adopt high-speed heavy-duty bearing, stainless steel spindles, and blades, dynamically balanced.
(3)Automatic screen cleaning device which is driven by air pressure, labor-saving.
