Product Description

Retech plastic PP PE LDPE film washing recycling line is designed to processing kinds of post consumer LDPE agriculture film, LLDPE stretch film, PP woven bags.etc. By high efficiency crushing system, continuous washing and strong drying system, the plastic film will be fully clean. The complete process of this waste plastic recycling machine is belt conveyer - wet crusher - screw loader - friction washer - float washer - squeezing pelletizer - pelletizing line. The output could be 300~800kg/h. For dirty material, the clients will need more washing machine for cleaning the material. According to clients workshop, this plastic recycling machine could be  arranged as "L" or "U" shape to save space.
 

Crushing and compacting: the rotatory blades of compactor will cut the fed raw mateiral into pieces to reduce the size. Frictional heating which is caused by high speed rotatory blades will heat and let scraps shrink just below their melt point. Crusheing, drying and compacting the material which enables a fast and stable feeding from the compactor directly into the extruder.

screen changer: a regular single-plate double-station screen changer no mesh screen changer can be installed on head of extruder to remove impurities. The requirements on the filter technology depend heavily on the quality of the input material as well as the planned use of granules.

The design of Retech PP PE HDPE PVC Barrels Pipes Shredding Washing Drying Recycling Production Line is specially for crushing&cleaning&drying the HDPE flakes, the mainly design is customized according to customer's different requirements.

By efficient crushing unit, the bottles/barrels will be cutted into small flakes, then it will be convey to constantly washing and friction system. Usually we will make some hot washing units if the flakes is too dirty. 

After fully washed and cleaned, the dryer machine with high RPM will make flakes dry. The final flakes moisture will be within 1%. It can be put to pelletizing directly by our pelletizing line.

With PLC controller system, it will running very automatically.
