It is including sorting, size reduction, metal removing, cold and hot washing, high efficiency friction washing and drying system, which can remove most of contaminants such as ferrous and nonferrous metals, sand, oil, glue, paper label and many other different contaminants efficiently, Moreover, we also can provide with waste water treatment system.The input capacity of our standard PE film washing line ranges from 500kg/h to1500kg/h.Our fully automated PE film washing line is the ideal solution to your PP/PE film recycling needs. Using a series of high-tech recyclig machinery,our washing line takes dirty and soiled polypropylene(PP) or Polyethylene(PE) plastic film and turns them into usable,clean,contaminant-free film pesces suitable for pelletizing into PP/PE pellets, or sometimes referred to as granules.
There are several components of Plastic Film Washing Line:
A crusher machine is designed for film or bag to product standard particle sizes that are easy to wash clean, dry.
A friction washer is used to remove dirty and sand by centrifugal force.
A Film squeezing machine is an ideal option to squeeze and dry the washed clean film. The final film humidity will be less than 5% after processing by our LDPE LLDPE film washing line, dry film could send to our film compactor pelletizing machine to make granules directly. We could supply the LDPE LLDPE film washing linr 300kg/h -1500kg/h.
