Usages:
This machine can process a variety of thermoplastic plastics, such as PC, PA, PE, POM, PET, etc. Different from the LDC series, this kind of machine has two or even three stages.
Features:
It is used for  PE  PA PS PET crushed material extruding and granule-making. It adopts the two-step structure to meet the double-layer filter purpose. It can effectively remove the impurities from the recycling material and fully exhaust the gas. It can produce ample, consolidated, and fine luster granules

Belt conveyor

Compactor

Water ring pelletizer
>>Cutting speed of pelletizer controlled automatically by PLC according to the pressure of die head, which could achieve the
uniform size for output pellets.

>>Blades of pelletizer touch to die plate automatically by pneumatic system, make sure blades contact with die plate properly, easy to operate and abrasion avoided.

 

Vibration Screen

>> This system with a vibration motor. When the motor works, the screen will vibrate, so that separate different sizes of the pellets.
