Functions of silo storage hopper:
This apparatus is used in the last step for storage plastic materials, when the material passes the drying system to storage hopper; it is cooled down by the large volume of the storage hopper and the whirlwind fore by the fan, then it come out in the down outdoor of the hopper, and the whole process will be finished. The crushing, washing, floating, dehydrating and the drying will be over. There are two kinds of storage hopper according to the different materials be used, the ordinary silo and the whirlwind silo, there are 2m³,3m³ volume, we design the silo according to you requirement, our goals is to satisfy our customer's need. The volume of the silo is big enough to divide the materials, avoiding it cling to each other. There is a big fan in the silo, it can avoid the material cling to each other at the same times cools down it. It is a necessary in the plastic recycling machine. With the large space, it rotating the fan through the main shaft to cool down, separated the materials, the unique design of the fan will make it good.
