Retech Plastic PET bottle Cocacola bottle washing recycling line is used to recycle post-consumer PET bottles, water bottles, cola bottles, PET sheet and PET packing containers.
The key point of PET recycling system is the rate of removing the impurities.The higher purity PET flakes will improve the end product and lower the manufacturing cost of next processing.We could design different PET recycling solutions basis on the requirement of standards on final flakes.

Moisture: Not more than 1.0%
PVC Content: Not more than 200ppm
Metal Content: Not more than 20ppm
Label, ring and caps Content (i. e. PE, PP): Not more than 240ppm

Crusher Features:
1. This Series crusher machine adopts imported high-quality tool steel, special cutting-tool. The installation of the cutting tool can be adjusted. The cutting tool can be sharpened again and again, Its use life is very long.
2. The moving cutting knife stand is a step designing to make cutting force resolve and increase the cutting force times.
3. The cutting tool adopts imported SKD11 material and is treated with special technology, which is more durable.
4. The shaft is made of high-level steel.
