Application Of PET bottle Washing Plant:

This Retech series plastic PET bottle washing machine is mainly used to recycling the waste PET bottles, water bottles, cola bottles, PET sheet and PET packing containers. The plastic PET recycling line can easily remove the labels, caps, rings, glue, dirties and other impurities, finally you will get ideal PET clean flakes. Description Of Plastic PET Bottle Washing Machine:
 

Label remover by wind
 

1. Service life:

Blade and Barrel wall are made of 10mm thick material, which prolongs the life of label remover for 3-4years(most of the market is between 4-6mm)
 

2. Less rate:

Without affecting the remove-label rate and make sure output unchanged, our company reduce the speed of rotary blades, so as to minimize the breakage rate of bottle nozzle, more efficient & reduce wastage.
 

3. Humanity design:

Easy opening the machine and changing the blades.

Crusher with water

Prewashing the PET bottle simply. Mainly it crushed the whole PET bottle into flakes, its size is about 12mm. Also you can customized.

 

Floating washer with scew conveyor

Hot washer

Dewatering machine

3. Automatic screen cleaning device which is driven by air pressure, labor saving.
