PS/EPE/XPS/EPS Foam Sheet Board Block Agglomeration Recycling Granulating Pelletizing Plant Consists of:
Belt conveyor(metal detector) → Compactor → Main extruder(vacuum degassing system) → Hydraulic screen changer → Sub- extruder → Hydraulic screen changer → Water ring cutting system →Dewatering machine → Air blow system → Storage hopper → control cabinet.
Working Principle
Low-bulk-density PE/PP film and woven bag scraps are conveyed into cutter-compactor. Material is cut and densified by frictional heat into compact hot agglomerates, solving hopper bridging and feeding surging. Pre-compacted material is forcibly fed into specially-designed single-screw extruder. Double vacuum vent zones remove moisture, ink volatiles and low-molecular substances.
Melt passes through laser filter to filter solid contaminants. Clean melt flows to die-plate, hot-cut by rotating knives at die-face, quenched by circulating water-ring. Pellets go through dewatering, sieving and drying to get uniform recycled granules ready for re-processing.
