Working principle of plastic granulator machine
HDPE plastic granular raw materials or recycled materials enter the barrel of the granulator through the feeding device. Under the shear and friction heat generated by the external heating device of the barrel and the rotation of the screw, the plastic gradually melts and plasticizes to form a uniform melt. Then, the melt is pushed to the die of the extruder by the screw, and extruded through a specific pass of the die to form a strip-shaped or sheet-shaped plastic melt. Finally, the extruded plastic melt is cooled, shaped and cut into granular products with specified size.
