The input capacity of our standard PE film washing line ranges from 500kg/h to 1,500kg/h. In terms of output capacity, this is heavily dependent on the amount of contamination within the PP / PE film you're recycling. While most washing plants operate perfectly well using just our standard set of machinery, we also offer custom solutions to recyclers that require larger capacities or the separation of various contaminants not removed using our standard washing lines. 

There are several components of Plastic Film Washing Line:
 

A crusher machine is designed for film or bag to produce standard particle sizes that are easy to wash clean, dry.

A friction washer is used to remove dirty and sand by centrifugal force.

A film squeezing machine is an ideal option to squeeze and dry the washed clean film. The final film humidity will be less than 5% after processing by our LDPE LLDPE fil m washing line, dry film could send to our film compactor pelletizing machine to make granules directly. We could supply the LDPE LLDPE film washing line between 300kg/h to 2000kg/h. 

1. The main material is dirty waste post consumer PE agriculture film, PE bags, shopping bags, beverage bags, PP woven bags, and some other soft material etc.

2. The main process of PE film recycling washing line is film crushing, floating washing tank, film squeezing drying parts. 

3. The capacity of PP PE film washing line is from 200kg/h to 2000kg/h. 

4. There crusher is to crush the film and woven bags to small pieces with size 70mm to 120mm. 

5. Cold water sinking swimming tank can wash the common dirties, like the soil, sand, earth, stone, glass out. 

6. High speed friction washer and hot sinking swimming tank can remove the strong dirties, like the grease, oil, glue. 

7. With big capacity, double drying system can ensure the final products, PE PP flakes moisture lower than 5%.

8. With squeezing machine, the moisture level of PE PP flakes can be lower than 3%. 

9. Final PP PE flakes can be taken directly to the granulating/pelletizing line to make granules/pellets. 

1. Belt conveyor with metal detector

The belt conveyor sending the materials into crusher, the metal detector will find the metals and alarm when detecting the metals. Belt conveyor is controlled with current in crusher.
2. Crusher
The crusher working with wet water spraying, sepcial design rotor with current controlling cut the big film into small flakes. Rotor with balance treatment and tempering treatment.
3. Friction washer
The centrifuge force will remove the impurites like stone,sand,soil from film.
4. Film floating tank
The film floating tank will immerse the material and wash the material, the roller will push the material forwarder and the chain conveyor will take less water outlet,side feeder will take the impurities timely.
5. Squeezer
The squeezer will dry the material with screw and barrel by pressure.
