1) Crusher/Grinder
Our PE film/PP bags crusher is meticulously engineered to slice PE film with unparalleled efficiency. Featuring a stepped blade structure for the moving blades, it ensures the plastic is cut with optimal performance, maintaining the lowest energy consumption and minimal noise levels. The cutting process is consistently balanced and stable, ensuring precision with every slice.
2) Friction Washer
The friction washer is a robust component designed to meticulously remove dirt from plastics. It employs centrifuge force to effectively separate sand, mud, stones, and other particulates. Once the film enters the floating washing tank, it achieves minimal dirt content, significantly enhancing the film's cleanliness, ensuring a superior washing process.
3) Floating washing tank
The film floating washing tank is expertly crafted to clean and wash dirt-laden PE films. With continuous water spray inside, it perpetually cleanses the film. The rollers ingeniously maneuver the PE films up and down, ensuring they receive a thorough wash. With three channels providing extended duration in the floating tank, it guarantees ample time for comprehensive cleaning.
4) Squeezing dewatering dryer
RETECH offers two innovative solutions for film squeezing machines.
The first option is ingeniously designed to dry film using a conical screw and barrel system. It methodically compresses the film from a spacious to a constricted area, resulting in a tightly compacted and dry film. Blades strategically slice the material for optimal efficiency.
The second option transforms the dried film into pellet form through heating. By semi-plasticizing the film, it is expertly cut into small granules, offering a versatile and efficient drying solution.

4. The high-performance crusher is engineered to reduce film and woven bags into smaller segments, precisely ranging from 70mm to 120mm.
5. Our cold water sinking swimming tank is adept at cleansing ordinary contaminants such as soil, sand, earth, stone, and glass, ensuring a pristine output.
6. The high-speed friction washer and hot sinking swimming tank powerfully eliminate stubborn contaminants including grease, oil, and adhesive residues.
7. Featuring a substantial capacity, the dual drying system guarantees that the moisture content of the final PE PP flakes remains below 5%, maintaining superior quality.
8. Utilizing an advanced squeezing machine, we achieve moisture levels in PE PP flakes remarkably lower than 3%, perfecting the drying process.
9. The resulting PP PE flakes are ready for immediate transition to the granulating/pelletizing line, transforming them into high-quality granules/pellets.
