Features

1. Processes a variety of materials including PE agriculture film, PE bags, shopping bags, beverage bags, PP woven bags, and other similar soft materials.

2. The main processes involved are meticulous crushing, thorough washing, and efficient drying sections.

4. The crusher is engineered to reduce films and woven bags to fine pieces, sized between 70mm and 120mm.
5. A cold water sinking swimming tank effectively cleanses common contaminants such as soil, sand, earth, stones, and glass.
6. A high-speed friction washer and hot sinking swimming tank are employed to eliminate stubborn contaminants like grease, oil, and glue.
7. Featuring a high-capacity, dual drying system, the final PE PP flakes achieve moisture levels lower than 5%.
8. An integrated squeezing machine further reduces the moisture content of PE PP flakes to less than 3%.
9. The resultant PP PE flakes are ready for direct use in granulating/pelletizing lines, transforming them into granules/pellets.
