1. Belt conveyor:
For plastic material feeding, feeding speed adjustable by current in compactor automatically. Working with metal detector to protect the blades and screw.



2. Compactor
The soft plastic material get cutting,mixing and pre-heating in compactor uniformly,to ensure the material heated and dried effectively.


3. Extruder/Degassing Vent

High efficiency screw design with excellent degassing unit making the good plasticizing performance. High output screw with wear resistant alloy material can keep 1.8 times life using than normal one.


4. Filtration

Plate type filter, piston type filter,back flush filter,automatic laser filter self-cleaning filter, they all optional depending on material and operator using request.

5. Pelletizing Cutting Unit

Adopt Europe design conception water ring pelletizer,cutting speed controlled by pressure on die head automatically. Final pellets are uniform and strong.

6. Controlling System
