Plastic BOPP/BOPET PP PE Lamination Packaging Film Recycling Granulating Line:

Our Plastic film pelletizing machine is used to process PP film, BOPP printing film, packaging film, PP woven bag, PP jumbo bag, PP raffia bag, PP ton bags, etc.

This PP film / woven bag pelletizing line has the characteristics of good heat resistance, low moisture absorption, good chemical resistance, good weather resistance, high dielectric strength, good electrical properties, high dielectric strength and dimensional stability.

Plastic pelletizing line is equipped with compactor  automatic temperature,  exchange filter screen. After loading the feeder, the crushed material can be granulated. Plastic granulating line adopts speed regulating motor. Material can be cut according to the feed rate of the extruder.

Plastic particles can be divided into many different types and have applications in various industries. Plastic particles can also be divided into raw materials and re - raw materials, raw materials is new material, and re - raw materials is recycling has been used new material or discarded plastic, through the production of plastic particles formed after granulation.

Belt Conveyor With Metal Detector
Function: 

As standard design, plastic scraps such as film, filament, raffias conveyed into the compacting

room through belt conveyor; to handle rolls' scraps, roll hauling off device is an optional

feeding method.
Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with

ABB inverter. Feeding speed of conveyor belt or roll hauling off is fully automatic

based on how full the compactor's room is. Metal detector can be combined with belt

conveyor, and can interlock with control system, to warn and stop the system, in case that

metal is found in feeding section.

Compactor
   Function:

The rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps. Frictional heating which

caused by high speed rotatory blades will heat and let scraps shrinking just below their

agglomerating point. Optimal designed guide structure compacts the material and directs

it into extruder screw. Crushes, dries and compacts the material which enables a fast

and stable feeding from the compactor directly into the extruder.

 

             
Main Extruder of RCSJ130
 Function:

A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material.

The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in the first stage extruder, and the

plastic will be extrude by the second stage extruder.
With double-zone vacuum

degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed

efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with some water content.
