How to recycling EPS foam?

Option 1: EPS Foam Cold Press Recycling Machine+ Shredder + Single-Stage Rigid Plastic Pelletizing  Machine

Due to the low density of polystyrene foam, it is not economical to collect. So it needs to be processed by EPS cold press, the compressed EPS foam block is easy to transport, the compressed EPS foam block can be shredded by shredder, and then the eps foam can be turned into new plastic granules by plastic granulator.

EPS Foam Shredder

Single Stage EPS Foam pelletizer

Option 2: EPS Foam Fuse Machine+ Second Stage Screw Extruder+ noodle-type plastic pelletizing

If there is no requirement for EPS transportation, you can directly choose the eps foam fuse machine, using the eps foam fuse machine to melt the eps foam, and then use the second stage extruder, using the noodle-type plastic pelletizing.

 

EPS Foam Fuse Machine:
The twin shaft crushing blades are two parallel blade shafts with different rotation directions. The material will be sent by the high-speed rotary screw to the heating barrel Then they will be melted under high temperatures and extruded to the expected Shapes

 

Second Stage Screw Extruder:

The second-stage extruder uses an extruder with a relatively small length-to-diameter ratio to further plasticize the feed and filter impurities for stable extrusion recovery.

 

Noodle-type plastic pelletizing :

noodle type plastic pelletizing machine is used for strip cutting process, i.e. molten polymer is solidified into a cylindrical shape, dried and then cut into easy-to-handle plastic particles.
