This recycling technology pelletizing machine with latest compactor feeding way.Designed for processing film,fibres,thermoplastic in-house production scrap and washed post-consumer waste from materials such as PE,PP,PET,EPS,PS,PA,POF as well as foamed products. It is most efficient solution for hygroscopic and wet plastic materials.
(1) The smart feeder:
Optimally prepares the input material and feeds it into the extruder by centrifugal force.The dynamic automation package regulates the ideal operation point. Automatic speed adjustment of rotating compactor dics and positioning of load controlled intake slider leads to increased output.Higher levels of humidity can be processed.
(2) Wear-resistant extruder
The 3rd generation extruders are designed and manufactured in-house.The optional degassing extruder purifies the melt from volatile contamination and monomers. For highly printed,very humid,hygroscopic and or organically contaminated input material high-vacuum degassing and C-VAC modules are avavilable.
(3) Melt filters
The filters we make can be laser filter,plate board filter,backflush filter,etc. Here the filters are working for continuous removal of solid contaminations are available.The optional backflushing function reduces costs for filter screens and operator intervention,In case of higher contamination,a power backflushing or continous rotation filter is recommend.
(4) The pelletizing system
RC series pelletizing system are choosen depending on polymer type and preferred pellet shape. In case of automatic strand pelletizing,broken strands are automatically inserted into the strand pelletizer without operator interference. Alternatively manual strand,water ring,or underwater pelletizing are optional.
(5) The high quality pellets
Advanced die face cutting system ensure to get good quality granules. It is good for the production of end-product with the characteristics of the original product.Up to 100% reuse is possible.Additive can be added to increase the possibility of reuse by adjusting pellet natures.

9. Cutting way of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: pineapple cutter is for the noodle cutting way, and die face cutter for the water ring cutting way.
10. Package of the final products of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: Final products granules will be blowing into silo, which will be packaged by manual or packaging scale machine

How to choose single stage or double stage?
Common:
The same feature between single and double stage pelletizing machine is they can all extrusion the plastics. They can all recycle the waste plastics into plastic granules.
Difference:
* Single stage granulating line is with one stage, double stages granulating line is with two stages extruders.
* Single stage granulaying machine is usually to process clean and dry plastics, double stages granulating machine is usually to process dirt and wet plastics.(Mositure less then 8%)
*You can choose single or double stages according to the material is dirty or clean. Normally, double stage with 2 filtrations system will stop more impurities.
