Product Description

1. The material is a big range, including HDPE bottles, like the milk bottles, grease bottles, shampoo bottles, PP barrels, PP bottles, plastic pipes, plastic basket, car battery, and the shell of home appliance etc…
2. he main parts of rigid material washing recycling line includes the crushing, hot washing, cold washing, friction washer, drying system and label separator.
3. The capacity of the rigid material washing recycling line is from 300kg/h to 3000kg/h.
4. There crusher is to crush the rigid material into small pieces with size from 10mm to 15mm depending on customers' need. 
5. Cold water sinking swimming tank can wash the common dirties, like the soil, sand, earth, stone, glass out.
6. High speed friction washer and hot sinking swimming tank can remove the strong dirties, like the grease, oil, glue.

8. By dehydrator and drying system, the final products plastic flakes moisture level can be lower than 1%.
