Solution

With the belt conveyor, feeding plastic scraps is easy and automatically controlled. Film-on-rolls can be fed by a nip roller at the same time. Cutter compactor cuts and compacts the material as a preparation before the extrusion process.

 

Double degassing provides a better moisture and ink removal on the plastic material and two-channel filtration decreases machine down-time. The hot die face pelletizing system produces high quality recycled pellets in an uniformed size.
