1) Crusher/Grinder
Our state-of-the-art PE film/PP bags crusher is engineered for optimal efficiency, featuring a unique stepped blades structure for dynamic cutting performance, minimizing current and noise. The process is balanced and stable for unparalleled precision.
2) Friction Washer
The friction washer is expertly designed to effectively remove contaminants from plastics using centrifugal force to separate sand, mud, stones, and more. Once introduced to the floating washing tank, films achieve minimal dirt content, significantly enhancing cleaning efficacy.
3) Floating Washing Tank
Our advanced film floating washing tank is designed to thoroughly cleanse PE films, using a constant internal water spray. The integrated rollers ensure films are pushed up and down for comprehensive washing, with a prolonged stay in the three-channel tank ensuring thorough cleansing.
4) Squeezing Dewatering Dryer
RETECH offers two sophisticated options for our film squeezing machine.
The first option utilizes a conical screw and barrel to efficiently dry films by compressing them from a broad space to a narrow one, resulting in tightly compacted, dry material that is expertly cut by blades.
The second option employs a process of heating to produce pellet-type outputs. The dried film is semi-plasticized, then meticulously cut into uniform granules, achieving both efficiency and consistency.

2. Streamlining the washing process, this system expertly integrates crushing, washing, and drying phases to deliver exceptionally clean and ready-to-use plastic materials.
3. Offering versatile processing capabilities, our washing line boasts a robust capacity range from 200kg/h to an impressive 2000kg/h, accommodating various operational needs.
4. The advanced crusher mechanism reduces films and woven bags to manageable pieces ranging from 70mm to 120mm, setting the stage for effective downstream processing.
5. Our innovative cold water sinking swimming tank efficiently washes away common contaminants like soil, sand, earth, stones, and glass, ensuring superior cleanliness.
6. Equipped with a high-speed friction washer and a hot sinking swimming tank, this system is adept at removing stubborn contaminants such as grease, oil, and adhesives.
7. Thanks to its substantial capacity, the dual drying system guarantees that the PE PP flakes achieve a moisture content that is consistently below 5%, ensuring quality output.
8. With the inclusion of a state-of-the-art squeezing machine, the moisture level of PE PP flakes can be further reduced to an impressive sub-3% level.
9. The meticulously processed final PP PE flakes are immediately ready for the next phase in production, seamlessly integrating into granulating or pelletizing lines to create pellets or granules.
