Machine details
1.Plastic Crusher/Shredder
Crushing with water, special design rotor and use D2 material blades for long time use. Easy operate and change blades with hydraulic system. Multiple function for both soft plastic film and rigid drums.
2. High speed friction washer
By it's strong friction force, it could remove the impurities like glue,soil,earth,etc. Usually it puts before the floating washer, thus it will reduce the dirt fall into the tank for better washing.
3. Cold floating washing tank:
To sinking the dirt like stone, mud, metals and forwarder the film to deep wash. Different design wash tanks for multiple applications.
4. PP PE Film Squeezer
To dry the wet film with screw pressure. Use heavy duty gearbox for high pressure squeezing, the screw and barrel processed by nitriding treatment in 38CrMoA1A. Speed frequency with controlling.
