Product Description

Each day,there are so many used PP masks now. How to recycle the waste PP mask is a important issue to enviroment.

RETECH team developing a PP mask recycling system recently which could remove the metal and earloops from PP mask easily.

The following steps will lead you to a new recycling idea for PP materials:
 

1.Mask crushing

Used masks first cut by our RT crusher, it is cutted into small size around 6-8mm, after crushing,the flakes,earloops and metals separated.

2.Sterilize

After crush,the PP mask flakes will be sent to next by belt conveyor, here we put a lamp to sterilize the mask.

3.Seperation

By air separator, the earloop and and metals will fall down by gravity, the light material of PP flakes will be such to top collection bag for next.

4.Pelletizing

In the end,the PP flakes will be used to pelletizing to make granules.

5.Granulation

The PP non fabric pelletizing machine we recommend to choose our RCSJ series model to better filter and getting the best pellets.
