1) Crusher/Grinder

2) Friction Washer

3) Floating washing tank
Designed for thorough cleaning, the film floating washing tank utilizes constant water spray to wash away dirt from PE films. The rollers ensure complete immersion by moving the films up and down. Extended stay in the tank with its three channels guarantees ample washing time for pristine results.
4) Squeezing dewatering dryer
RETECH offers two advanced options for the film squeezing machine.
The first option uses a conical screw and barrel design to dry films. It compresses the film from a larger to a smaller space, resulting in a tightly packed, dry final product, cut by precision blades.
The second option transforms films into pellet types through heating. The dried film is semi-plasticized and then cut into small granules, ready for further processing.
