Single Shaft Shredder:
Single-shaft shredder consists of a motor, a reducer with rigid gears, a rotary shaft, imported rotary knife, fixed knife, frame, working platform, hydraulic ram and an independent electrical control cabinet.
Fixed knives are installed on the frame behind the solid rotary shaft where the moving knives are bolted. Moving knives are specially designed into four-angel shape, when blunt customers could change the angel for recycling using. Moving knives are installed by screws, which is convenient for future maintenance.
A hydraulic cylinder drove by hydraulic ram continually pushes the material chamber moving back and forward to get the material multi-angel shredding. Two travel switches are fitted near the side jampans to control the movement. A screen mesh is needed sometimes to ensure materials shredded even further.
Single-shaft shredder is controlled by an independent electrical cabinet equipped with PLC system. The machine features start, stop, reverse functions. Also it is fitted with automatic overload return mechanism to prevent damage to working parts.
Simple Introduction:
1.Main Rotor:
The integral forging of spindle will not break and deform when the equipment shreds high strength materials or works for a long time.
After the lathe, CNC machining center and other professional processing equipment to ensure that the overall error of the spindle will not exceed 5 wire, to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment and ensure that the fixed and moving tool distance can be adjusted to the minimum of 0.5mm.

Fixed blades of shredder:
The production error of the fixed cutter line of the shredder is guaranteed not to exceed 5 threads, which can make the minimum adjustable 0.5mm for the moving and fixed knives on the main shaft of the equipment. The imported materials guarantee the purity and reliability of the materials.
Note:1. Special double fixed knife setting ensures that the shredded soft materials will not be entangled.2. Fixing the knife to help tear up and clean the materials
