1) Crusher/Grinder
Our advanced PE film/PP bags crusher is engineered to deliver optimal efficiency in cutting PE film. Featuring a stepped blades structure for the moving blades, it ensures superior cutting performance while minimizing current and noise. The entire cutting process is seamless and stable.
2) Friction Washer
Our high-performance friction washer expertly removes dirt from plastics, utilizing centrifugal force to efficiently separate sand, mud, stones, and more. Once the film enters the floating washing tank, it reaches a minimal dirt content, greatly enhancing the film cleaning process.
3) Floating washing tank
The floating washing tank is designed to meticulously clean and wash dirt-laden PE films. Equipped with continuous water spray, it ensures thorough washing. The strategically placed rollers move the PE films up and down, achieving complete cleanliness. The films remain in the tank for an extended period, with three channels ensuring sufficient washing time.
4) Squeezing dewatering dryer
RETECH offers two innovative options for film squeezing machines.
The first option utilizes a conical screw and barrel design to efficiently dry films. It compresses the film from a larger to a smaller space, resulting in tightly dried material, which is then precisely cut by blades.
The second option involves the creation of pellet-type films through a heating process. The dried film is semi-plasticized by heat and then meticulously cut into small granule shapes.

6. For more stubborn impurities like grease, oil, and adhesives, our high-speed friction washer combined with a hot sinking swimming tank delivers exceptional cleaning power, leaving no residue behind.
7. Our dual-stage drying system is designed for maximum efficiency; with its large capacity, it guarantees that the moisture content of PE and PP flakes is reduced to below 5%, ensuring superior quality of the recycled material.
8. By incorporating a high-performance squeezing machine, our system further reduces the moisture level of PE and PP flakes to an impressive sub-3%, optimizing them for the next stage of production.
9. The meticulously processed final PP and PE flakes are ready to be seamlessly transferred to the granulating or pelletizing line, where they can be transformed into high-quality granules or pellets, completing the recycling cycle with excellence.
