The new type plastic film squeezing dryer is composed of a main motor, a heavy-duty gearbox, a barrel screw, a die head, a pelletizing device and an intelligent control system.
The specially designed heavy-duty planetary gearbox provides the screw with powerful thrust while reducing energy consumption.
The material enters the screw through the hopper. The motor drives the screw forward. During the pushing process, the moisture is discharged through the holes on the barrel wall. The heat generated by the frictional force of the thrust partially plasticizes the plastic. The material passes through the high-strength mold and enters the pelletizing device. Finally, the plastic is sheared into uniformly sized semi-plasticized pellets by the variable-frequency pelletizing motor.

This plastic PP PE film bag squeezer is used for squeezing and re-pelletizing PP/PE film, woven bag, ton bags, nylon etc. it's equipped with advanced screw extrusion system, squeezing efficiency could reach 95%. Also can work on the accordance with washing and pelletizing line with stable capacity and whole process automation.
Extruder type reducer is used depending on the system capacity.
By transferring the dirty material to the squeezing machine after the washing phase the humidity of the material is minimized via the squeezing method and therefore energy comsumption for the second phase at the agglomeration machine is minimized.

The squeezing machine is enviromentally protected with protection panels in order to prevent any danger arising around the machine for a number of reasons.
