Plastic granulating machine compactor PP PE film and bag water ring pelletizing line is the recycling machine which make the plastic into pellets. RETECH series compacting pelletizing system, it is a three in one recycling machine designed for low density plastic articles. This plastic pelletizing granulating line which is suitable for many kinds waste plastic materials recycling and making pellet, such as PE/PP/HDPE/PLA Film,bags, PLA film,  clean woven/nonwoven bag materials, etc. The film can be pressed in compressor and then be pelleted. And also has very developed design, makes sure this machine has a long working life and economical efficiency in using.You can choose use single stage or double stage pelletizing machine according to how clean of you material; also you can choose the cooling cutting system or die-face hot cutting system.

1.Belt Conveyor

As standard design, plastic scraps such as film, filament, raffias conveyed into the compacting room through belt conveyor; to handle rolls' scraps, roll hauling off device is an optional feeding method. Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with ABB inverter. Feeding speed of conveyor belt or roll hauling off is fully automatic based on how full the compactor's room is. Metal detector can be combined with belt conveyor, and can interlock with control system, to warn and stop the system, in case that metal is found in feeding.
 

2.Compactor cutter/force feeder

The rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps. Frictional heating which caused by high speed rotatory blades will heat and let scraps shrinking just below their agglomerating point. Optimal designed guide structure compacts the material and directs it into extruder screw. Crushes, dries and compacts the material which enables a fast and stable feeding from the compactor directly into the extruder. With glass window and light to check inside working.

3.Degassing unit

(1)Force vacuum degassing system with two vents to get rid of the low molecular, moisture and printing ink effectively, make sure
high quality output products.
 

4. Melt filtration screen exchanger 

A regular single-plate/ piston double-station screen changer or non-stop double-plate/ piston four-station can be installed on head of extruder to present significant filtration performance. the requirements on the filter echnology depend heavily on the quality of the input material as well as the planned use of granules.

5. Dewatering Device

(1)This drying system can get final pellet humudity less than 1%.
(2)Horizontal design of dewaterer with small floor area.
 

6.Silo

(1)The function of the blower is to transport particles to the silo through stainless steel pipes.
(2)Pipes and silos are wrapped
with black sound insulation cotton, which reduces the volume from 82dB to 68dB.
(3)New design makes it easier to operate.
