Description of Retech PET HDPE Washing Recycling Machine:
This plastic recycling machine is to crushing washing recycling the waste plastic PET bottles. This PET plastic recycling machine is consist of label remover, sortor, crusher, cold washer, hot washer, dewatering, packing system. It can get the clean PET flakes from PE PP cap, oil, PVC label, then use the PET flakes again, to avoid plastic pollution.
This PET plastic recycling machine can easily wash and recycle waste PET bottles. Waste and dirty PET bottles can be disposal step by step in this PET plastic recycling machine. It is special for recycling PET bottles. We equiped drying system at the end of the washing line so that completely dry flakes can be collected and packed directly after been washed.
The whole PET plastic recycling machine can designed based on how dirty the PET bottles are, and make sure of the quality of the final products.

Purpose and equipment composition:

The whole production line is mainly composed of the following equipment: belt conveyor, crusher, friction cleaning machine, film rinsing machine, screw feeding machine, heat cleaning machine, screw feeder, dehydrator, drying system, electrical and so on. Application for PET washing line:
This recycling line is composed of garbage separation (automatic & manual), bottle & flake crushing, cold & hot washing & cleaning, flake dewatering & drying, dust & label removal, packing, etc.
PP PE film plastic pelletizing production line is mainly used to make pellets from waste plastics, like PP, PE films, agricultural films, LDPE stretch films, LLDPE films, PP woven bags, shopping bags, and other soft PP,PE plastics.
Processing capacity is from 100kg/h to 1500kg/h.

Moisture: Not more than 1.0%
PVC Content: Not more than 200ppm
Metal Content: Not more than 20ppm
Label, ring and caps Content (i. e. PE, PP): Not more than 240ppm

2. The main parts of the PET washing recycling plant is label separating, crushing, cold and hot washing, caps separating, dehydrator and drying parts.

4. There crusher is to crush the rigid material into small pieces with size from 1mm to 15mm depending on customers' need.
5. Mechanical label separator and zigzag label separator can ensure to remove the labels thoroughly.

7. High speed friction washer and hot sinking swimming tank can remove the strong dirties, like the grease, oil, glue.
8. By dehydrator and drying system, the final products plastic flakes moisture level can be lower than 1%.
9. The final products PET flakes, the PVC level is lower than 150PPM, the impurities level is lower than 100PPM.
10. The PET flakes can be taken directly to make the fibers, straps, and also can be granulated to be granules.
