Description of Retech Waste Plastic HDPE LDPE PP PE PET Bottle Flakes Film Woven Bags Washing Recycling Pelletizing Machine:Retech Plastic PET bottle washing recycling line is used to recycle post-consumer PET bottles, water bottles, cola bottles, PET sheet and PET packing containers.
The key point of PET recycling system is the rate of removing the impurities.The higher purity PET flakes will improve the end product and lower the manufacturing cost of next processing.We could design different PET recycling solutions basis on the requirement of standards on final flakes.
For recycling the waste plastic, such as waste PET bottles, PP PE film, woven bags, nylon, bottle flakes, shred lumps, pipe flakes, we should use two recycling steps, first one is crushing washing drying, after washing recycling line, we can get clean dry plastic scrap/flakes, the second step is the pelletizing, we can feed the clean dry waste plastic scrap into the pelletizing line to get pellets, according to the different plastic type, the pelletizing machine is divided into water ring type pelletizing line and noodle strip pelletizing line, the feeding material type also have two different way, one is force feeding type which is suitable for hard material, another is compactor type pelletizing line, which is designed specially for soft material, like woven bags, nylon, film etc.

Now our company produces both the crushing washing recycling machine and the pelletizing recycling machine, we can provide washing recycling line capacity from 300-2000kg/h, and pelletizing line capacity from 100-1500kg/h.
Hopper feeding is a flexible feeding method, without preheating, both soft and hard plastics can be processed
Side feeding is a stable, continuous feeding method. Overloads and underloads are avoided, thus guaranteeing maximum efficiency.
Structural features:
1. The equipment is a complete set of assembly line layout, which is controlled by the PLC automation programming and man-machine interface operating screen: reasonable coordination of intermediate transport and upgrading links and the sorting host for the purpose of automatic transmission and automatic discharge, which saves labor and can be easily operated.
2. High sorting purity, and the highest sorting purity can reach up to more than 99%.
3. Physical sorting, energy conservation and environmental protection without any discharge of the three wastes.
